Nyrex is operated by PT Gede Artha Samudra (“PT GAS”, “we”, “us”), an Indonesian technology company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with our website at nyrex.cloud or contact us through it.
This policy applies only to the website. Customer engagements operate under separate written agreements that govern data processing in detail.

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: full name, work email address, company name, country, intended use case, and any message content you include.
When you visit our website, our hosting infrastructure (Vercel) automatically collects standard technical information including IP address, browser type, device type, requested URLs, and timestamps. This is standard for any internet-facing website and is necessary for content delivery.
We do not use analytics or tracking tools. We do not use advertising cookies. We may use essential technical cookies provided by our hosting infrastructure for content delivery; we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
2. How we use your information
Information from the contact form is used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit, and initiate business conversations where appropriate. We do not use it for marketing campaigns, newsletters, or automated outreach.
Server logs are used for security, debugging, and infrastructure monitoring. We retain them for a limited period and do not associate them with form submissions for marketing purposes.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their commercial purposes.
We may disclose information when required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PT GAS, our customers, or third parties.
4. International data transfers
PT GAS is registered in Indonesia. Our infrastructure providers operate globally, including in Switzerland (Phase 1 customer infrastructure) and other regions as required by service delivery.
Information you submit through our website may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence. We rely on the standard contractual protections offered by our service providers for international transfers.
For enterprise customers operating under written agreements, separate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are available on request and govern data handling in detail.
5. Data retention
We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as needed to evaluate, respond to, and follow up on your inquiry, and afterwards for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations and our internal record-keeping practices.
Server logs are retained for shorter periods consistent with operational needs.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain types of processing.
