Terms of Service

Terms governing access to and use of the Nyrex website.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at nyrex.cloud (the “Site”), operated by PT Gede Artha Samudra (“PT GAS”, “we”, “us”), an Indonesian technology company. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms govern Site access only. Use of Nyrex GPU infrastructure and related services is governed by separate written customer agreements.

1. About Nyrex

Nyrex is the GPU infrastructure brand of PT GAS. The Site provides general information about our services, infrastructure, and how we work with customers. The Site is not a self-service platform. Access to GPU capacity and related services requires a written customer agreement, entity verification, and compliance review.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Site if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or any data not intended for you
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by transmitting malicious code, conducting denial-of-service attacks, or scraping at scale
  • Use the Site to harass, defame, or harm any person
  • Use the Site for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or intent in any communication with us, including through our contact form

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate Site access for any user who violates these Terms.

4. Customer engagements

Inquiries submitted through the Site initiate a sales conversation. They do not create a customer relationship, contractual commitment, capacity reservation, or service obligation on the part of PT GAS.

A customer relationship is established only through a separate written agreement signed by an authorised representative of PT GAS. That agreement governs all aspects of service delivery including pricing, capacity, SLAs, data handling, security, and compliance obligations.

5. Intellectual property

The Site, including its content, design, code, brand, logos, and copy, is the property of PT GAS or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The “Nyrex” name and any associated logos are trademarks of PT GAS.

6. Third-party services and links

The Site may include links to or rely on third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

7. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components.

Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and may change without notice. It does not constitute a commitment, offer, or guarantee.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PT GAS, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for claims arising from your use of the Site is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100).

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PT GAS and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Indonesia.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
